Responsibilities

• Create winning insurance proposals that make clients feel confident and covered. You’ll give presentations that are clear, compelling, and (dare we say?) kind of fun — and yes, you’ll close those deals like a pro.
• Be a local legend. Get out into the community, make meaningful connections, and represent Farmers with pride.
• Network like a natural. Build strong, ongoing relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and other local pros. You're basically the glue connecting everyone.
• Be a relationship builder. You’re not just selling insurance — you’re creating trust, offering support, and being that go-to person people actually enjoy hearing from.
• Keep in touch. A quick follow-up call can make all the difference. Stay connected with clients and show them you’ve got their back.
• Leverage smart tools. Use our lead management systems to stay organized, efficient, and always one step ahead.
• Hunt for new opportunities. Tap into referrals, networking events, marketing campaigns, and lead databases to keep your pipeline flowing and your goals growing.
• Listen first, sell second. Truly understand your customers’ needs and deliver solutions that fit their lives—not just your sales targets.
