This role involves providing roadside assistance, towing vehicles, vehicle recovery and handling service calls in Brookings Oregon and its surrounding area. Responsibilities Responding to service calls, and providing roadside assistance such as vehicle lock outs, disabled motorists, jump starts, fuel delivery and tire changes Towing vehicles to designated locations Operating tow trucks and recovery equipment Communicating with customers and providing excellent customer service Completing paperwork and documenting service calls Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record Experience in towing and recovery operations preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Have strong mechanical knowledge preferred About Us Carpenter Point S has been serving the Brookings community for over 20 years, providing reliable and trustworthy automotive services.
